Specialties: Wine grape production in coastal areas, Sierra Foothills and northern San Joaquin Valley. Variety, clone and rootstock selection; propagation; trellising; training; and nutrition.
The Vineyard Tour is open to the public and three hours of DPR credit has been approved.
The BBQ is a private event for CWA members, CWA associate members, and guests of Calaveras Winegrape Alliance.
Format: This is an educational program. At each stop there will be general discussion about the vineyard operation, followed by a question and answer session regarding specific pest management, irrigation, fertilization, and other cultural practices. A general wrap-up of the day will be given at the evening dinner. The vineyard tour registration fee is $15/person and includes lunch. Limited shuttle/bus service is during the tour for $25 per person which includes lunch, and reservations are required (Please make checks payable to CWA). Pick up location for the tour shuttle is Feeney Park at 9:30am.Reservations for the for the vineyard tour, shuttle and BBQ must be made no later than July 23rd by calling Anna at (209) 728-9467 or

Dragone Ranch - 10:00-10:45
Leave Murphys north on Sheep Ranch Rd.. Pass Mercer Caverns. Turn left on San Domingo pass winery to first gate on the right, Travel to top of hill.
Dalton Vineyard - 11:15 –12:00
Leave Dragone, turn right on San Domingo rd., and continue to Dogtown rd.. Don’t get discouraged on rd. condition it is a county Rd.. Turn right on Dogtown too Esmeralda. Left at stop sign to vineyard. Park along road. Lunch is here
Clondaire Vineyard - 1:15 – 2:00
Leave Dalton heading west on Dogtown to Fricot City Rd. Left on Fricot city to Hwy 49. Left on 49 to San Andreas, Through San Andreas to Pool Station Rd. Left on Pool Station to 7965. Left into driveway right to barn.
Gerber Vineyard - 2:30 – 3:15
Leave Clondaire Vineyards. Left on Pool Station Rd. to Hwy 4. Left on 4. Through Angels to Six Mile Rd. Left on Six Mile Rd. to Laraine Winery, can’t miss it.
Arael Vieux Vineyard - 3:45 - 4:30
Leave Laraine, return to Hwy 4. Left on 4 pass Vallecito to Douglas Flat, in Douglas Flat turn right on Monge Ranch Rd., cross bridge to sign area on right.
Tour & BBQ at Broll Mountain Vineyard (Tour 5:00) BBQ- 5:45
Guests & Home winemakers are encouraged to bring wine to share with friends! Please park at Feeney Park located on Pennsylvania Gulch Road. Please do not park outside gates on Anrey Court!

NEW THIS YEAR! Guest Parking for the BBQ will be at Feeney Park on Pennsylvania Gulch Road with shuttle service available at 5:15pm, 5:25pm, 5:35pm and 5:45pm. Return shuttles to the park are scheduled for 8:15pm, 8:30pm, 8:45pm and 9:00pm.
Guests & Home winemakers are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine to share with friends!
Going East on Highway 4, proceed to Pennsylvania Gulch Road and turn right. Turn right into Feeney Park and catch the shuttle.
Please do not park on Anrey Ct. outside gates of Broll Mountain Vineyards!
