Downtown Murphys’ newest tasting room is located in the heart of town in the historic firehouse (be sure to check out our homage to the firehouse history, opening in the tasting room in summer of 2007). Transformed into one of the most impressive tasting rooms in California, the design and décor were created to compliment our three distinctive brands: Cloud 9 – the ultimate expression of one of California’s best blending winemakers, Garsa – designed to showcase the Mediterranean grapes that prosper in the Sierra Foothills and the Muse wines – serious wines not meant to be taken too seriously (just pure fun and enjoyable drinking).

These award-winning wines (Cloud 9 wines are perennially 90-point selections in the Wine Enthusiast) are complemented in the tasting room by America’s most distinctive olive oil and an ever-changing array of products and activities focused on de-snobbing wine and creating a memorable visitor experience.
