2009 Viognier $19
2009 Viognier: A white wine, light gold in color, brimming with honeysuckle, pear, apricots and spicy floral aromas.The palate greets you with the sensual perfume of ripe summer fruit and crisp sweet apple. Enjoy as an aperitif with soft cheese, honey and fruit, broiled lobster, Spanish and Asian cuisines.
2009 Vermentino Viognier: A lovely white wine blend brimming with aromatic pear, pink grapefruit and apricot characteristics. Intriguingly, this wine has a beautiful, full mouth-feel and a long smooth rose petal finish. /this blend is a great match for a variety of foods including the spiciness of Thai, Latin and Mediterrainean dishes, poultyr and fish! light gold in color, brimming with honeysuckle, pear, apricots and spicy floral aromas.The palate greets you with the sensual perfume of ripe summer fruit and crisp sweet apple. Enjoy as an aperitif with soft cheese, honey and fruit, broiled lobster, Spanish and Asian cuisines. 2009 Doux Rose: A gently sweet light Syrah, our 'sweet rose' is named in honor of our grandmother Rose Sciaccaluga Schwoerer. This cuvee captures the wonderful body of cherries and spice found in its darker Syrah counterpart. Serve Doux Rose slightly chilled with hors d'oeuvres, dessert cheese plate, lamb, halibut and tilapia. 2007 Mourvèdre: Savor this wine's tantalizing cranberry, honey and hint of soft vanilla nose; followed by layers of red berries and smokey leather on the palate. The gentle peppering of Syrah and Peite Syrah rounds out this varietal's tannins; drinks well now and will simply get better with cellaring. Pairs well with spicy tomato dishes, hearty meats, wild game and strong cheeses. 2007 Mélange de Mère: An elegant and complex wine with dark berry, cranberry and spice aromas. Layers of lilac, clove, peppery spices and ripe berries linger on your palate finishing with a soft grace and sophistication. Compliments a grilled juicy steak, wild game, spicy Italian pasta dishesand the earthiness of mushrooms. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Syrah, 10% Petit Verdot 2007 Petit Verdot: A deep colored age worthy Bordeaux red wine rich in chocolate leather earthy aromas and soft spice,smoky, deep plum, nutmeg flavors. To complement its bold, rustic characteristics pair this wine with hearty red meats, wild game & aged cheeses. 100% Petit Verdot 2007 Petite Sirah: A rich, intense full bodied Petite Sirah. This sophisticated wine is teaming with dark berry, silky floral and soft spice flavors that carry through the palate for a rich full finish.
