Proudly distilling, blending and aging a variety of small batch spirits in Calaveras County. We are a husband/wife team that use locally-sourced and sustainably-farmed ingredients while collaborating with nearby partners including Calaveras County vintners. Our tastings and seasonal cocktails are enjoyed in the comfortable atmosphere of the 'Haus tasting room which gives every patron a view into our production space courtesy of our large indoor window panels.
