The event is set to take place at The Square at Copper Valley located in front of the Gateway Hotel at 101 Stone St, Copperopolis, CA.
Murphys 11th Annual Dia de los Muertos "Day of the Dead"
The Murphys community honors the dead in the land of the skulls on Dia de los Muertos. Participating businesses will be offering authentic cultural art, food, sugar skulls, face painting and live music, as well as displaying altars celebrating the lives of those who have passed on but are with us in heart and spirit on the Day of the Dead.

Murphys Irish Days
One of the premier annual events in the Mother Lode is Murphys Irish Day. Each year on the third Saturday in March, thousands of people from Northern California and beyond gather in the historic gold rush town of Murphys to honor its Celtic heritage and to celebrate as only the Irish can. Its picturesque Main Street is filled with booths offering handcrafted items, original art, photographs, tasty food, wine, and other beverages.

Taste of Calaveras
The Angels Camp Business Association invites you to join us for our 14th Annual Fundraiser “Taste of Calaveras” at Ironstone Vineyards. This annual event is a celebration of wine, food, art and culture of Calaveras County showcasing only Calaveras businesses and products. Featuring vintages from Calaveras wineries and foods from Calaveras restaurateurs. Calaveras artists will be attending with a special art show along with a raffle featuring Calaveras Experiences and Calaveras products. During the day, guests will be entertained with live music, demonstrations and art.

The Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee
The Calaveras County Fair & Jumping Frog Jubilee features the famous jumping frog competition, inspired by Mark Twain's story: The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras, and takes place over 4 days on the third weekend in May. It is also the longest running county fair in California.

he Calaveras Winegrape Alliance is honored to host this premier event that brings teams together from all over California for a harvest celebration in Calaveras wine country. A portion of the proceeds benefit local High school Scholarship Programs, Parks and the Calaveras Wine Information Center.
Mark Twain Wild West Festival
The Mark Twain Wild West Fest celebrates Angels Camp’s essential connection to Mark Twain and California’s historic Gold Rush in a full day of fun for the entire family in picturesque, historic downtown with its wild west architecture.
Did you know that Mark Twain made his way here to Angels Camp in 1865 and overheard a tall tale being recounted at a saloon inspiring his first successful short story? “The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras” took little-known Samuel Clemens and made him a household name as Mark Twain. And it gave Calaveras County an excuse to celebrate frog jumping for the rest of time – and to claim Mark Twain as an adopted son.
